Kirk Vogel is a partner at the firm based in the Richmond office and is admitted to practice in Virginia. His practice focuses on bankruptcy litigation, debtors’ and creditors’ rights and commercial litigation. His bankruptcy practice involves the representation of creditors’ committees, lenders and other secured creditors, trustees, lessors and vendors. Kirk regularly represents parties in bankruptcy litigation, including preference and fraudulent transfer litigation, claims litigation matters, and property of the estate matters. His commercial litigation experience includes the handling of cases involving the Uniform Commercial Code, mechanics’ lien disputes, and other disputes involving lien rights and priorities.
